Delivery of Physical Goods
We only deliver physical goods domestically within Denmark.
When you place an order in our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided.
The expected delivery time is 3-5 days within Denmark. We typically process orders twice weekly and aim to dispatch ordered goods no later than three working days from receipt of the order. The Frederiksberg Museums uses GLS for the delivery of your ordered goods, and you will therefore receive delivery information from GLS after your order has been handed over to them.
We reserve the right for typographical errors and sold-out items.
The webshop’s order processing is closed between Christmas and New Year. Before Christmas, items must be ordered no later than approximately five working days before December 24th to arrive before Christmas Eve.
Shipping Costs / Free Shipping
Goods orders are subject to shipping costs. It is possible to choose between delivery to your home address (79 DKK) or to a parcel shop in your area (59 DKK). Please note this is only for shipments within Denmark.
You will receive free shipping when you purchase goods for 500 DKK or more. However, this only applies to delivery within Denmark's borders. Your order will be delivered to your nearest parcel shop (based on your address details).
Return and Exchange Policy
It is not possible to return/cancel a ticket purchase or purchase of gift cards. However, it is possible to give/sell your tickets/gift cards to others.
It is the customer's responsibility to use tickets/gift cards within the validity period. If tickets/gift cards are sought to be redeemed after the validity period, The Frederiksberg Museums reserve the right to charge for a new ticket purchase or to reject the gift card.
All physical goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify The Frederiksberg Museums of your withdrawal by letter or email to customer service at webshop@frederiksbergmuseerne.dk no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. The goods must be intact and returned without undue delay in unopened original packaging along with a copy of the order confirmation. The museum shop will then refund the price of the goods and the shop's shipping costs within 14 days. The refund will be made automatically via bank transaction to the card you used for your purchase. If you wish to exchange an item for another item, the item can be returned with a copy of the order confirmation and an indication of the exchange request. We will charge shipping costs for exchanges. We do not accept packages sent COD.
Return items should be sent to:
