Tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Practical information

Accessibility - Wheelchair access is only possible via a portable ramp from a garden entrance and requires assistance. Unfortunately, there is no elevator to the first floor and no restroom for individuals in wheelchairs.
Strollers and Prams - These cannot be brought inside. However, you are welcome to park them in the courtyard and bring them into the garden.
Animals - Only guide dogs and approved service dogs are allowed.
